Delivery

The estimated delivery period after we have already shipped out your parcel is:

Within Malaysia
2-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
5-7 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

International Shipping
2-4 weeks

This is excluding the day the order was placed, weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been packed and processed, we will automatically send an email notifying your order status and tracking number. 

Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issue at the Courier Company or customs.

Tracking number will be given after the parcel already shipped out. Please visit the courier official website to track your parcel status.  

Fees incurred such as duties and taxes are out of our control and are your responsibility. 

Payment & refund

Currently we only accept payment in the form of PayPal tranfers. Successful PayPal transfers will be automatically marked as paid and you will receive an email saying your order has been successfully paid. Do take note there will be additional 5% paypal transaction.
